Greetings All,

As you know, we have a meeting scheduled for today. Due to Michelle’s heart attack and subsequent surgeries, the required 10-day notice was unfortunately not sent out on time.

While several owners have indicated they were fine with the meeting proceeding, Teri Listi (Owner of 408) reached out today expressing concern FOR HERSELF AND OTHER OWNERS STATING, “OWNERS ARE REQUESTING A NEW DATE”.

Before the volunteer Board members and owners travel to Galveston, please text or email to let us know whether you would like the meeting rescheduled. We work and take off in order to volunteer and need to make wise decisions for the overall community and our personal families and jobs. We have also shared Teri’s concerns with the HOA attorney and will provide an update shortly.
