If this sounds like a dream vacation to you, then By The Sea Condominiums is the place for you. We are located on Seawall Blvd across from beautiful Babe’s Beach. There is no squinting your eyes or looking around a corner to catch a glimpse of the beach. All of our units face the water! We are not a hotel. All of our units are privately owned, but many of the owners offer their units for short-term rental through various rental companies. Some units are pet friendly.

Galveston has more to offer than just the beach. Explore the island on a trolley. There is trolley stop at 69th & Seawall which is just down the street from us. Explore the Strand which is our downtown area. You will feel like you have stepped back in time with all the historic buildings that are now shops and restaurants. The Strand also has many fesitvals year round. Moody Gardens is just a few minutes from us and also on the trolley route. If you love history, you are going to love Galveston. The 1900 Storm and Juneteenth both happened here. We have beautiful mansions to tour. We also have very old cemeteries. Galveston is said to be haunted, so if you want to be scared, take a ghost tour. By The Sea is located in between two fishing piers if fishing is your thing. You can also fish directly on the beach.
