By The Sea Condominiums – Galveston

Renters are asked to read and sign the rules upon check-in.

1. Shoes, shirts / cover-ups are always required on the ground floor. If coming from the pool, you must dry off before entering the building.
2. Trash is picked up at your door twice a day (11 a.m. & 3 p.m.) Bags must be sealed /No Liquids.
3. Hanging towels, clothes, etc. on the North & South balcony railings is strictly prohibited.
4. The Piano Room may be reserved by guests, with the understanding that the unit owner must be present throughout the entire event.
5. When using the luggage or shopping carts, please return them promptly for others to use. NO RIDING ON THE LUGGAGE CARTS. You will be assessed damages to these carts.
6. Riding skateboards is not permitted indoors or on property.
7. Cooking is not permitted on the balconies by order of the Fire Marshall.
8. Unlawful activity of any kind, excessive noise, loud parties, and unruly guests/visitors is prohibited and will result in eviction.
9. Do not feed the birds form the parking lot or balconies.
10. Parking in the front or back parking lot is permissible; however, the back parking lot gate is locked at 12:00 a.m. (Midnight) & re-opens at 6 a.m.

Pet Regulations

1. Pets must be leashed on property at all times. It is required that you use the designated pet walk area on the Northwest side of the property and pick up after your pet. Waste station/bags are available.
2. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

Pool Regulations

1. Pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 10 p.m.
2. Glass is NOT ALLOWED in pool area.
3. Shoes, shirt / cover-up are required inside the building. Please dry off before entering.
4. Kids under 14 must be accompanied by an adult while at the pool.
